Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Lakeside Ink & Threadz website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Lakeside Ink & Threadz provides custom embroidery, DTF printing, business branding, logo design, promotional items, and mobile spray tanning services. All services are provided on an appointment or order basis.

Orders and Payment

• Quotes: All quotes are estimates and may be subject to change based on final specifications.
• Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain orders before production begins.
• Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the order unless other arrangements have been made.
• Cancellations: Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable.

Artwork and Files

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any logos, images, or artwork you submit.
• We accept JPG, JPEG, and SVG files. Higher resolution files produce better results.
• We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or contains inappropriate content.
• Digitizing fees may apply to convert artwork for embroidery use.

Intellectual Property

For custom logo design services, full ownership of the final logo design transfers to you upon full payment. We may retain samples of completed work for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise.

Production and Delivery

• Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Local pickup is available by appointment in Onalaska, TX.

Product Quality

We take pride in our work and strive for quality on every order. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 7 days.

• Minor variations in color or placement are normal and not considered defects.
• We will remake or refund defective items at our discretion.
• Items damaged by improper care (incorrect washing, etc.) are not covered.

Visualizer Tool

Our logo visualizer is provided for entertainment and visualization purposes. Generated images are AI-created mockups and may not perfectly represent final products. By using the visualizer, you grant us permission to display approved generations in our public gallery.

Limitation of Liability

Lakeside Ink & Threadz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
