How long do embroidered polos take?
Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days from approval. Rush orders (3-5 days) are available for an additional fee. Large orders over 48 pieces may need extra time.
Can I supply my own polo shirts?
Absolutely. Bring us your blanks and we'll embroider them. We can also source polos for you from trusted suppliers — just let us know your budget and preferred style.
What file format do you need for my logo?
We accept JPG, JPEG, and SVG files. Vector files (SVG) produce the cleanest embroidery, but we can work with high-resolution JPGs too. We'll handle the digitizing — that's converting your image to stitch format.
Is there a minimum order for embroidered polos?
No minimum. We'll embroider a single polo if that's what you need. That said, per-piece pricing drops significantly at 12+ units.
Can you add individual names to each polo?
Yes — we offer name embroidery for $3-5 per shirt. Common placements are right chest opposite the logo, or on the sleeve.
Do you embroider polos for businesses outside Onalaska?
We serve the entire Lake Livingston area including Livingston, Coldspring, Huntsville, Cleveland, Splendora, and Lufkin. Contact us to arrange pickup or delivery.
What colors can you embroider?
We stock thread in over 200 colors and can match virtually any brand color. Send us your Pantone or hex code and we'll get it right.
