What's the difference between flat and puff embroidery?
Flat embroidery lies smooth against the cap. Puff embroidery uses foam underneath to create a raised 3D effect — popular for bold logos and lettering. Both are durable; it's an aesthetic choice.
What hat styles do you offer?
We stock trucker caps, snapbacks, structured and unstructured caps, flexfits, dad hats, bucket hats, and beanies. Richardson, Yupoong, and other quality brands available.
Can you embroider the side or back of a hat?
Yes — side embroidery is popular for secondary logos or text. Back embroidery works great for website URLs or taglines.
How many colors can you embroider on one hat?
As many as your design needs. Thread color changes don't add to the price — we charge by stitch count, not color count.
Do you make hats for fishing tournaments?
All the time. We've done tournament hats for groups across Lake Livingston. Custom caps make great participant gifts and sponsor recognition items.
What's the minimum order for custom hats?
Six hats is our soft minimum for the best per-piece pricing. We can do smaller orders, but the setup makes it less economical below six.
How long does a hat order take?
Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days from approval. Rush orders available — contact us if you have a deadline.
