What we decorate it with

DTF transfer — full-color prints on the front panel when you need photo-quality artwork the embroidery can't reproduce. Same panel, different technique.

The blank hat is one part of the price; the decoration is the other. For a small logo left-front, expect the finished piece to land in a common range — Kristen will send an exact number based on your artwork and quantity. Bigger orders (12+, 24+) unlock better per-piece pricing.
Can I get 3D puff embroidery?
Yes. Puff adds a raised, dimensional look to bolder shapes — think block letters, mascots, simple icons. Not every logo works for puff (very thin lines or gradients don't translate). Kristen will flag it if your design won't puff cleanly and suggest a flat alternative.
How long does an order take?
Typical turnaround is 5–10 business days from proof approval. Rush turnaround is available for time-sensitive events — mention your deadline in the quote and Kristen will let you know what's possible.
What if I want a different color?
Richardson 112 comes in a wide color range — solid crowns, two-tone (color front, black or grey back), and camo variants. Kristen will confirm color options when she writes your quote.
Do you have a lower-profile version?
Yes — the Richardson 115 is the low-profile version. Shorter crown, same shape otherwise. Popular for women's fit and boutique looks. Ask about it in the quote and Kristen will send both options.
