Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders (3-5 days) available for an added fee. Larger orders over 48 pieces may need a couple extra days.
Can you match my school colors on the coaches polos?
Yes — we stock thread in 200+ colors and can match Pantone or hex codes for your school. Send us your color reference along with your logo and we’ll match it.
Do you embroider names or titles on coaches polos?
Absolutely. Common setups are the school mark on the left chest and the coach’s name or title (Head Coach, AD, Trainer) on the right chest or sleeve. Names run $3-5 each.
What’s the minimum for a coaches polo order?
No minimum — we’ll stitch a single polo. Per-piece pricing drops at 12+, then again at 24, 48, and 100. Most schools order 6-15 for the coaching staff.
Can I mix polo styles across the staff (e.g. men’s and women’s cuts)?
Yes. We’ll match the same embroidered design across whichever brands and cuts your staff picks, so the sideline still looks uniform even with different fits.
