How do I get started with an order?

Simply fill out the contact form or use our price estimator to get a ballpark quote. We'll follow up within 1 business day to discuss details and finalize your order.

Do you require a deposit?

For most orders, we require a 50% deposit to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before pickup or delivery.

Can I see a proof before production?

Absolutely. We provide digital proofs for approval before starting any embroidery, DTF printing, or design work. No surprises.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders may be available depending on current workload. Contact us to discuss your timeline — rush fees may apply.

What's your service area?

We are a home-based studio in Onalaska, TX. Orders are placed online or by phone at 346-988-5449. Local pickup is available by appointment. We do not have a walk-in storefront.
